As our offers are limited in time and quantities, we are unable to exchange orders. If you purchase an item and would like to return the goods, you are entitled to return them within 14 days of receipt provided that they do not fall under the non-returnable items list.

In the unusual circumstance where the item is damaged upon receipt or when the wrong item has been shipped, we will pay for the shipping cost. Otherwise, the buyer pays for the cost to ship merchandise back to the warehouse in Dubai.

If you notice that your item is damaged when it is delivered, we recommend that you notify our Customer Assistance Team immediately or within 14 days from receipt, stating the order number, time and date of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Assistance Team as soon as possible. If the item has been returned because it does not fit, you will receive a promo code by way of refund equivalent to the cost of the item.

If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the item and the shipping cost. In such circumstances, you can either request a promo code equivalent to the amount, or a refund, which will be made within four weeks of receipt of the item at the warehouse.

If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made on the same credit card used to make the order within a week of receipt of the item at the warehouse. If payment was cash on delivery, we will wire the money back to you net of all bank charges.

We package each one of your orders personally and by hand at our warehouse. We partner with reputable logistics providers to deliver the order directly to your doorstep.
