At FYOR, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our policy regarding exchanges, returns, refunds and cancellations.

All sale or discounted items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Size Change

If the size of the product you purchased does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 14 days from receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

✓ Product must be in its original condition.

✓ Product must be unused and unworn.

✓ Product must be unwashed.

✓ Original packaging must be intact.

✓ All labels and tags must remain attached.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you require is unavailable, our team will inform you of the available options.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving the order.

HOW IT WORKS

Return Process

Wait for Delivery Status

Please wait at least 24 hours after receiving your order for the delivery information to be updated on your account.

Initiate Your Return

Once the information has been updated, you can initiate your return request.

Warehouse Inspection

Upon receiving the returned product, our warehouse will inspect it to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

Return Approval

Any loss of value due to damage or missing components will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued for properly returned items that meet all of the conditions mentioned above.

If your return does not meet the required conditions, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be provided.

Credit / Debit Card

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via the original payment method used.

سيتم خصم أي خسارة في قيمة المنتج بسبب التلف أو فقدان أي من مكوناته من المبلغ المسترد.

أهلية استرداد الأموال

سيتم استرداد الأموال فقط للمنتجات التي تم إرجاعها بشكل صحيح وتستوفي جميع الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

إذا لم يستوفِ المنتج شروط الإرجاع المطلوبة، فسيتم إرسال المنتج إليك مرة أخرى ولن يتم استرداد المبلغ.

ستتم إعادة المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في عملية الشراء الأصلية.

إلغاء الطلب

يمكن للعملاء إلغاء طلبهم خلال 24 ساعة من تقديمه.
